Hot-water heating is its own trade. We treat it that way.
A boiler is not a furnace with water in it. It is a pressurized, closed loop with pumps, zone valves, an expansion tank, air separation, relief and fill valves, and often a domestic hot-water side. When one part of the loop is off, the symptom often shows up somewhere else: a cold bedroom, a banging pipe, changing system pressure, or short cycling.
We diagnose the complete system. Our work includes checking pressure and fill, reading fault history, testing combustion when appropriate, looking at how zones are piped, and checking safe operation before completing a visit.
Boiler repair · Annual maintenance · Fireplace serviceMany residential boiler systems use approximately 12–15 PSI when cold. Your equipment manual and system design determine the correct pressure.
